Oliver M. Moss – Co-Chair of the Board of Directors, The European Institute

Oliver M. Moss has worked in the banking industry for 30 years of which 25 years have been at Bank of America. He is Market Executive of Bank of America's Global Government Division in Washington, D.C. His responsibilities include overseeing and managing relationships with International Organizations, Embassies, Consulates and related diplomatic institutions throughout the United States and with international government entities on a global basis. In addition, he oversees the management of U.S. government agencies with international activities. Prior to his current role, he was a Client Manager in the same division.

In previous positions, Moss managed Bank of America's Commercial Loan Administration Group in the Mid-Atlantic region for two years. He also managed the sales coordination and marketing function for the Commercial Group in Maryland and the International Department for two years at Sovran Bank/Maryland, a predecessor to Bank of America.

Before joining Bank of America, Moss worked in the International Department of Equitable Bank in Baltimore. He also worked for Hessische Landesbank and Westdeutsche Landesbank in New York.

Moss graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service and an Undergraduate Certificate of Arab Studies. He is a recipient of the Order of Merit from the Federal Republic of Germany

A graduate of Leadership Montgomery, Moss serves as President of Trans-Cen, Inc., a non-profit organization assisting young people with disabilities, and as Treasurer of the German American Business Council in Washington.
